Tim Weedon is a Front End Web Developer with extensive experience in educational leadership and school improvement. The lack of opportunities for our underserved youth and their overwhelming interest to learn about technology has been the driving force for Tim to pursue an education within web development.

He has always been involved with technology as a founder of a music production school in Sweden called "The Modern Soul Acadmey" in partnership with Sony Music ATV Sweden. In addition, he has worked as a marketing director for an online sound development company that provided content sound for Apple, Reason (Propellerhead) and British Telecom Group (BT Group). His experience within the music industry and knowledge as a youth development educator has helped him develop fun, engaging, technology based programming for underserved youth.

He has hosted a 2-day overnight technology camp for 40 young males at George Mason University. and American University His technology and design thinking programming approach has been piloted as a 11-week program during the fall school year. In a short period of time after the launch of the program he has gained numerous contacts and support from the technology community in an effort to increase the popularity of technology and STEM programming for all students.
